Michelle Roden-Flame

Michelle started her journey in dentistry over 20 years ago. After completing her training in a busy private specialist practice, she passed her National Diploma in dental nursing at Guys Hospital London.

After qualifying, Michelle moved to New Zealand, where she continued working as a dental nurse expanding her skills. In her spare time she enjoyed adrenaline filled outdoor activities

Returning from abroad in 2006, Michelle settled in Essex, where she joined several dental agencies in and around London. Here she gained a wide span of experience working with a variety of dentists and supporting teams. This is where Michelle found her special interest in Orthodontics.

Between 2007 and 2016, Michelle provided chairside support to a team of specialist Orthodontists, Oral Surgeons, and Periodontists. Here, she was a team player and a champion for oral health education.

Her skills also include reassuring and caring for others and putting the most nervous of patients at ease. Here at Neyo, Michelle is embarking on new skills, working in the dental lab alongside Neil our Orthodontist.

Michelle now lives in Mid Sussex. She loves to be out in nature on country walks with her family and Merlin their Labrador.
