Emily Slaughter

Emily started her dentistry career in 2013, at a busy NHS and private practice in Brighton. Completing her training and gaining her National Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2015.

Emily continued working as a dental nurse for a variety of dentists with different specialities including periodontics and implants.

After the birth of her second daughter in 2019, Emily decided to take a career break to spend more time with her family. During this time away from work she found plenty of time to improve her crafty skills in crochet and sewing.

In 2023, Emily made the decision to come back to nursing and joined Neyo Dental Specialists. She loves being back at work and involved in the dentistry profession once again. Her skills include caring for patients throughout their treatment journey, offering a reassuring presence and a hand to squeeze when needed.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys exploring new walks in Mid-Sussex, arts and crafts and baking with her girls.
