Solutions for children, teens and adults

Looking to align your smile? Neyo Dental offers several targeted solutions to straighten the simplest and even the most complex misalignments and bite conditions. All brace treatments are available with 0% finance.

Invisalign (Platinum Provider)

Unlike general dental practices, which typically offer only two types of Invisalign treatments (Invisalign Lite or Invisalign Full), here at Neyo Dental, as Platinum Providers, we offer every type of Invisalign. This means we can straighten a wide range of complexities for patients only interested in using clear aligners. Offering great rates for the system, our orthodontists in West Sussex charge from £1,990 for Invisalign. See cost breakdown.

Metal Braces (fixed/non-removable)

  • One type of affordable solution
  • Very strong and rarely break
  • Don’t stain but are more visible

Even with the emergence of clear aligner brands, metal braces are still one of the most effective orthodontic solutions, as they are suitable for most patient cases. The tried and tested braces consist of small metal brackets, which we’ll glue to the front of your teeth.

From here, we’ll attach a metal wire held in place by ligatures. Want to make your treatment more discreet or fun? Patients can select from various ligatures, from transparent to silver, with various colour options.

Metal braces, whether for teens or adults, cost from £2,990 at each of our three clinics in West Sussex, East Sussex and Kent.

Clear Braces

  • Cheaper than Invisalign per arch
  • Less visible than traditional braces
  • Less durable than metal braces

Clear Braces, referred to as White Braces or Ceramic Braces, are just like metal braces, except they use tooth-coloured or clear brackets and wires to help patients fight the stigma of metal braces and enjoy a treatment journey that’s less visible. White braces cost from £3,290.

Removable Braces

  • Less bulky than traditional braces
  • Typically used for minor adjustments
  • Plastic can be customized in different colours

Removable braces, like upper removable appliances, cost £800, and Invisalign is removable. However, patients must wear them 24/7 to achieve the desired results. URA consists of a plastic plate that fits along the roof of the mouth or lower jaw. Metal wires extend from the plate to guide the teeth into their correct positions.

Depending on your treatment, the removable braces will contain a small screw, which you’ll need to turn once or twice a week.

Twin Block Braces

Twin Block Braces are recommended in cases where we need to improve how your upper and lower bite come together. Often referred to as functional appliances, they’re a reliable solution typically designed for children and teenagers. The brace itself consists of two removable appliances (twin blocks) that are worn together, and unlike removable braces, you won’t remove them to eat or drink.

Neyo Pro Align

  • Hundreds of smiles straightened with Neyo Pro Align in East Sussex (often the most opted-for solution).
  • It works just like Invisalign, except they cost less, are better fitted and are more discreet.
  • Treatment costs from £2,490. Consultations £85.
  • Takes from just one month to work. Max treatment time is 24 months.
  • Designed and manufactured at our on-site laboratory.
  • Suitable for every type of misalignment and malocclusion.

When choosing Neyo Dental, you’ll access unrivalled specialist orthodontic expertise and care within a friendly, welcoming environment. Orthodontist vs General “Braces” Dentist

When you choose an orthodontist for your dental treatment, you’ll select a dentist with additional education and training. For example, general dentists might go their entire careers without ever refining their skills in a speciality area like orthodontics, unlike orthodontists, who dedicate their careers to aligning crooked teeth, crowded teeth, and severe bite problems like overbites.

Studies have shown that the success rates of doctors with more than five years of experience have a higher success rate – and our leading orthodontist in East Sussex has an impressive experience of 20 years, 10 of which is specialist experience, so you couldn’t select better for your bite problem.

Patients typically require specialist orthodontics when they need care that their regular dentist’s office cannot provide. For example, if you have not responded well to your first round of treatment, if you have an orthodontic relapse, or if you have a particularly complex case where the malocclusion is due to a skeletal discrepancy.
